At Chefman, we stand behind the quality of our kitchen appliances and offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your culinary experience, we are here to help you coordinate a smooth return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email; simply print it out and securely attach it to your original Chefman packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our team inspects the returned appliance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
